The interventional radiology procedure we have scheduled will be performed at St. Vincent's Hospital Special Procedures Department.

The hospital is located at:
170 west 12th Street.
Ambulatory surgical unit at Spellman 4 (4th Floor)

Please check in at the admitting department first.

Important Information:

• You must have nothing to eat or drink after midnight BEFORE your procedure.
• You must be accompanied by an escort.
• Daily medications should be taken with sips of water.
  
  EXCEPT: DIABETIC PATIENTS
  
  DO NOT TAKE ANY ORAL GLUCOSE AGENTS
  ON THE MORNING OF THE PROCEDURE
  
  
• Notify our office if you are taking aspirin, ibuprofen, coumadin, lovenox or plavix.

You are to return to our office for post operative follow up
approximately 7-10 days after the procedure.
